MEMORIAL/TRIBUTE SIGNS

Details:

 

• This is your opportunity to pay tribute to a loved one who has experienced cancer by buying a Tee Box Sign that will be displayed throughout MCC during 2023 Pink Week
• Tee Box registration forms can be picked up at the Golf Shop, at the Receptionist desk or you can download and print the form:  CLICK HERE
• Turn the completed form, along with $25 cash or check payable to Desert Cancer Foundation into the Golf Pro Shop, Receptionist or deliver to the Ladd residence at 202 Castellana S
• Forms must be turned in by March 14, 2023
• The Memorial/Tribute signs will be displayed at events during Pink Week, as well as near the entrances to MCC on Gran Via and Avenida del Sol. 

Cost:  

• $25 cash or check payable to Desert Cancer Foundation (DCF)
• Entire fee donated to DCF
• Includes Closing Celebration Party – March 22 from 4-6 PM
